Flower Club
Cobh Flower and Horticulture Club was formed in 1972. Its aim is to provide a forum for those interested in flower arranging, gardening and horticulture, and associated crafts. The club meets monthly in the Prayer and Pastoral Centre, Bishop’s Road, Cobh. – usually on the first Monday – (this can change if there is a bank holiday) Meetings commence at 8 p.m.

Carillon
 St. Colman's Carillon - The present carillonneur is Adrian Patrick Gebruers. He received his initial training from his late father, Staf Gebruers and subsequently studied in Mechlen, Belgium. He holds the unique distinction of being the first Irish-born carillonneur in the long history of the instrument. As well as maintaining a busy concert schedule at home, he is also a frequent guest recitalist abroad and has performed throughout the European Union, in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Mr. Gebruers is president of the World Carillon Federation, Honorary President of the British Carillon Society and was a founder Vice-President of EuroCarillon. He is lecturer in carillon at the Music Department of University College Cork
Church of Ireland
Christ Church, Cobh with its tall spire is situated in Rushbrooke to the west of Cobh and was opened in 1866. The former St. Mary's in the town was closed in 1968. Christ Church is the largest church building in the parish.

DIOCESE
Mick was born and raised in Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland. Moved to the UK in 1984. He gigged around the Irish scene throughout the 70's and early 80's. He was one of the founder members of well known Cork Folk/Rock outfit, Tingumajig - opened for acts such as Moving Hearts and In Tua Nua in the 80's. Over the past twenty years or so he's been performing as well as constantly writing. His debut CD, DENNIS REGAN,  sold well. These days he plays around the Folk Clubs of Britain.
