25 Year Reunion for Students of Colaiste Dhulaigh's Inter/Group Cert Classes of 1977
Due to the massive success of our 21 year reunion in 1998 of the 1977 Inter/Group Cert year in Coláiste Dhulaigh, we are now working towards a 25 year one (did you ever think it?). We have booked the Regency Hotel for a very easy date to remember 02/02/02 (2nd February 2002).
Our last reunion was a fantastic night. So many people, teachers included, kept telling us how much they enjoyed meeting each other again after such a long time. The atmosphere was helped as well by the 70s disco and posters from albums of the time. Any new ideas are most welcome.
We plan this next reunion to be even better. Many teachers have already booked their tickets, in fact a number booked them before the last reunion was even over. There are also plans to re-print the school year book, including all the photos, finance permitting.
Even if youre not interested in going we would like to update your address for future reunions. If you know of anybody who has not been contacted or has moved out of the area please let us know.
Spouses and Partners are more than welcome!!!!

INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW ABOUT US
Colaiste Dhulaigh is a Vocational School on the north east side of Dublin City, Ireland. It is situated in Coolock, a vast working class area of approximately 50,000 people which was built to house familes moved out from the old tenement buildings of the inner city in the 1960s and 70s.
The school was opened in 1969 by the City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee and in 1976 had a co-educational student population in excess of 1,200. The year that this union celebrates was the last year of single-sex classes (although boys and girls had always mixed for the likes of language classes). We were 15 and 16 at the time, now the first of us are celebrating our 40th birthdays.
