I gets home at about half -three. There is usually no one at home,. I get in the back window. Then I put on the tea pot for a cup of tea, while the teapot in on, I goes up stairs and gets into new clothes. Then I do my home work. We do not get a lot of home work. We only get a little homework but I have lots of jobs to do in the house. The first job I have to do is to switch on the heating and light the fire in the small living room. We have two living rooms. This takes me about half an hour.I have to take out the ashes. One day I was in a hurry and put the ashes into a plastic bucket.The ashes were a bit too hot. The bucket melted with the heat. There was a terrible smell. I have to go outside to the back and but the coal into a coal bucket. I hate going out in the wet.

Then it will be 4.00 o’clock. Then I goes outside to play with my friends. We buys some more sweets in the shop. We then go over to the back of Holy Cross School for a game off football in the schoolyard. We always play football every evening. Then we go to my friend’s house at 6.00 o’clock.

Then we go down to the fields. Me and my friend go into his house and usually annoy his sister. His sister’s name is Cliodna and my friend names is Daryl. Darryl gets dressed into old clothes and we go down the field. We usually go down to the nearby farm and mess with the cows. If we get caught we are dead because the farmer will bring us over to our parents and they will kill us for annoying the animals. We hit the cows with big sticks .We get a chase off the bull. This is great crack. Then we go back up the fields.

At 7.00 o’clock. I have my dinner. My Mam cooks it. We have a big salad ,chips and a cup of tea. My Mam is a good cook. When my dinner is all gone I go into the sitting room and watch TV. At 7.30m I watch "Cat Dog". It is a cartoon. I stay in until about half nine. watching TV. Then I go out side and I throw water balloons at people. I usually throw eggs at Vera’s house. Vera is a woman across the road. This annoys her but it is a good laugh. It also annoys my mother, as she never has eggs when she wants to cook them for the fry up. She always says " Miley, have you been at the eggs again". I usually go bed  at about eleven o'clock.

I get I get paid on Saturday’s I cut grass for about twenty people. I charge a pound for every lawn I cut. I collect the grass and put it in to bags . My father collects it later in his Hi-ace van and we dump it in the dump .I bought a lawnmower in Carlow for £2,500.It is a ride on lawnmower.

At Christmas we sell Christmas trees and holly. We gets the trees from a farmer. We buy a non shed tree for £10 and we sell it for £14.We also sell holly for £2.00 a bunch and Christmas logs for £4.00 and wreaths for £3.50. We sell them in the church car park. This puts food on the table.

With the money we make my father gives me a tenner for myself. I spend the money on crisps and chocolate and ice cream. I have £2oo in my money box. I will sell a tree to my teacher for about £5. He is not a bad bloke. This year we got arrested in the carpark of the church for selling trees without a licence. The guard said we could not sell the trees and the holly without a licence. We had to go to the barracks. My father told him we had one. The guard checked and said we hadn't. We sold the trees somewhere else the next day.I make a lot of money from trees. I bought a Discman this year with the money.

Then I go into my house and go upstairs to my room. Then I put on my alarm clock for the next morning. I set the alarm for 7.00 a.m. I have a room of my own. Then I go to bed, tired but happy.
