1. Competitors must be under the stated age on 1st January 2016
2. If requested, a Certificate of Age must be produced within 7 days
3. Perpetual Trophies must be returned before 1st June 2017
4. Perpetual Trophies cannot be won outright
5. A competition may be cancelled or the age group altered if there are insufficient entries
6. Entries should be made on the official entry form.
7. Entry fees are  €5 per competitior for each competition
8. No entries can be taken on the day. Entries accompanied by fees and the entry form should be sent to M.Kearns, Ballycumber Road, Ferbane by Friday 10th June 2016
9. Approximate competition times will be available from Thursday 16th June either by phoning 090 6454146 or 086 2942821. The timetable will also be available here.
10. Copies of music should be given to the adjudicator (Classical section only)
11. Result sheets will be available free of charge from reception shortly after each competition

13. We regret that accompanists will not be provided. However competitors may arrange their own if they wish
14. Adjudicators decision is final
