Who?
This website FoodSci.com is maintained by Seán Doyle, I live and work in Ireland.
Why?
I grew up on a dairy farm, my academic training was in Food Science and Technology,
all my work experience to date has been in food manufacturing, mostly in the dairy
industry. So having been immersed in food and agriculture for all of my life and
having a keen interest in all things computer and software related, I decided that
my website should be food science and technology related.
How?
This website was created using CuteHTML and tested using Firefox and IE 7 browsers.
When?
The website was started in June 1999 and to date (June 2006) has received 18250 hits.
What?
The primary aim of this site is to provide an online resource of food related internet sites,
for food industry workers, professionals, students and academics.
