Caragana species,
belonging to the Leguminous family, come from Asia.
They are very strong trees, able to grow in very cold climate
conditions, but - as bonsai trees - they can oddly survive in
our houses without great problems. Native to the Siberian
steppe, Chinese Pea is a very popular bonsai tree and
has a tendency to become an evergreen when it lives in mild
climates or indoor.
