Every tournament has a party at the end of it. Our resident choreographer, John McCarthy, will take you through the moves and teach you the dance routines that have made him such a success on the circuit.

Because of the amount of tournaments that we travel to, there's always interesting things to do at the airport check-in desks. Alan Lynch and Stephen Hickey are finding it difficult to contain their excitement.

It's very important that you keep your liquid intake on the positive side, so the medical professions might tell you. Martin Baxter, John McCarthy, Garrett Culliton and Micheál Ó Flatharta show how this is achieved while on active duty in Germany. That's not German beer in them there glasses, it's Iced Tea.

You too could have a body like ours, Jimmy. Stephen and Michael Hickey (no relation to each other) give Jimmy Philips a few tips on how he can develop the perfect body. "Yes Jimmy, just do what we say, not what we do". We get to see the odd sunny day during the year.

There's no way that Jimmy Philips will let you home to your mammy without giving you a good wash first. Here he gives Garrett Culliton a badly needed shower. The journey home on the bus will be more bearable now.

If you have a stressful everyday life, you'll forget all about those stresses while you are away with us. We'll knock years off you. Just ask Martin Baxter. Martin is really 64 years of age but he doesn't look a day over 30 when he's away with us.

You'll eventually become a well recognised celebrity on the Wheelchair Rugby circuit and therefore attract the attention of the young blondes that frequently come to watch the games. John McCarthy and Garrett Culliton meet with their own fan club.

You'll be joined by family and friends where you'll have them on the edge of their seats with excitement. Jimmy Philips and Catherina Lynch (Alan's mammy) find it difficult to contain themselves as the Warriors put pressure on the opposition. Yes sir, we want THAT bench, not this one.

The career opportunities are unlimited. We can provide training that will be beneficial for that first step to Hollywood recognition and eventual Oscar acclaimation. Or maybe you would prefer the quiet life of the Garda Síochána. Sorry, we mean the quite exciting life. A bad typo error there!!!
