Vegetable Stall
Cait grows a wide range of organic fruit and vegetables that
she sells at her stall. She also markets produce for other
local growers together with a range of bought in organic fruit,
organic eggs, preserves and flowers in season.
Her produce is available at the market from the end of January
through to the end of December. |

Mary
Gibsey's Flowers and Plants
Mary is the third generation of the Gibsey family to trade
in Galway market. Mary's preparation for the market begins
on Thursday helped by her four sisters. She also has three
ducks who keep her plants healthy by eating the slugs. On
Saturday morning she's up bright and early arranging the colourful
display of seasonal flowers and the many varieties of rooted
plants she has for sale |
