Breckish Dairies
Hugo has been on the Galway Market selling cheese since he
moved from Holland to Ireland in 1979. Bringing in the Dutch
tradition of cheesemaking he produces his own Breckish cows
- and goats cheeses. The cheeses are well known in the Galway
area for their delicate taste and different flavours (cummin
seed, garlic, herbs, smoked cheese). Apart from the Breckish
cheese, there's an international range of other cheeses (Irish
cheddar, French brie, Danish blue, Dutch Gouda etc.) and farmhouse
products like jam, free-range eggs and yoghurt.

Please visit our stall on Saturday at the Galway market and
