This technique is used to block an attack to the lower abdomen area. The block starts with the hands crossed (back to back) with the blocking hand on top as in Fig. A. and the finished position is as in Fig. B.
N.B. The body must be half-facing at the moment of the block

This technique is used to block an attack to the groin area. The block starts with the hands crossed (back to back) with the blocking hand on top as in Fig. A. and the finished position is as in Fig. B.

This block is used to defend an attack to the solar plexus area of the body. The fist finishes at shoulder height at the moment of the block.
The block starts with the hands crossed as in with the blocking hand underneath Fig. A. and the finished position is as in Fig. B.
