BEGINNER'S TUTORIAL

These pages are designed to help new members practise their Taekwon-Do techniques. Here you will find hints and tips for the stances & movements learned at 10th Kup or beginner level as well as terminology and grading requirements.
It is not meant as an alternative to regular attendance at class under a qualified instructor, but as a useful training tool to help students practice at home to improve their skills.

Make sure you warm up properly to avoid injury before training at home, and always finish with cooling down exercises and plenty of stretching!
