My Classroom

Hi, my name is Cormac Hughes and I’m here to tell you about my classroom. Well to get started there are 3 classes 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd I am in 3^rd class. In 1^st there are 13 pupils, in 2^nd there are 10 and in 3^rd there are 14.That makes 37 in total.

Our teacher’s name is Ruth O`Hart. She comes from Croghan in Co. Roscomman. She is a basketball player and she coaches the game in our school.

Every Monday we go swimming. At the pool we are split into 3 groups A, B and C. We do P.E once a week. We usually do basketball. At break time Kevin, David, Patrick, Ben and I play Soccer.

In our classroom we have met famous people such as, Jack Boothman, George O`Conner and Mark Scanlon.

We wear a blue uniform on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and we wear a blue tracksuit on Monday and Thursday.

Our classroom is very colourful. We do art once a week. My favourite subjects are library reading, creative writing, P.E., swimming, art and Quizzes. Every Tuesday and Thursday we do oral Irish with the Master. Sometimes we watch a video.

Our break-times are at 11 o’clock to ten past and half 12 to 1 o’clock.
