Our policy is to provide experienced, professional advice in response to inquiries about water quality problems without regard to whether or not customers purchase our products. Treatment solutions are arrived at by considering various water analysis parameters and balancing this with ease of maintenance, long equipment life and minimal service requirements. The true cost of water treatment equipment can only be determined after years of use.
In many cases, when customers shop around, they will be offered more than one solution and a wide range of prices. We encourage customers to seek out other opinions and prices for we are confident that the more you know about the subject the more likely we are to count you as one of our valued customers. We have the experience to discuss the 'pros and cons' of all proposed equipment and methods of water treatment. In the end what our customers want is high quality equipment, high quality water with minimum maintenance hassle and cost. All at a fair price and with direct and immediate contact and no nonsense follow up service should any problems occur.
