First order of business is a little breakfast - this is the 1K pack size and lit with one Softbox and one top light.

You won't believe the lack of post processing in these shots - so I won't tell you what I did.

Next I wanted some gel for my receding hairline.

I employed two softboxes, a top light and a background light and a spot light. It's the spotlight that is causing a little over exposure on the top but I like this effect here and it adding rather than distracting from the image

Finally it was time to wash the cat.

This shot was the same as the Corn Flakes shot except I used a background light as well on the same background but with a blue gel turned up full. Again main light was one Softbox. And JPEG all the way. You won't believe that there is so little post processing here - if I told you I only levelled a tiny weeney bit and did no USM would you believe me?
