Congratulations:

1. To the pupils of Colaiste Seosaimh and St. Benin’s Vocational School on the results of their Leaving Certificate Examinations, to their schools, their teachers, and their parents and families. We wish them God’s blessings in their future studies.
God’s blessings on our teachers and pupils as they return to their new school year, especially those going for the first time.

2. To James Costello, Stonetown, son of Seamus and Eileen, who married Rose Feerick in Kiltevna church on this Saturday. We wish the happy couple every blessing, good health, and happiness now and always.

Numbers drawn last Wed. were:- 1—5—-11—-19. No Jackpot winner. Five Match 3s won £10 each. Next Wednesday’s Lotto Jackpot will be £1,400,— still a nice prize. for £1.

School Re-openings:

1. Play-school opening on 11th September at Mary Jo Comer’s, Patch. Hours 10.00am to 1.00pm.

2. Mother-and Toddlers re-opening Tuesday Sept 5th and every Tuesday morning 10.30am to 12.30pm in the
Social Service Centre. New members welcome.

3. Ardeevin National School re-opening on Friday 1st September.

4. St. Benin’s Vocational School is re-opening for all pupils, and for Adult Computer Studies on 4th September.

5. Colaiste Seosaimh re-opens as follows:

Monday September 4th -  1st, 2nd, and 3rd Years;
Tuesday September 5th -  4th Years and Leaving;
Wednesday September 6th - Transition Year.

Apostolic Workers:

The Annual Diocesan Display and Sale of Handknits by Apostolic Workers in the Archdiocese of Tuam in aid of the Foreign Missions will be held in St. Gerald's Parish Centre, Castlebar, on Saturday 2nd September from 2-8pm and on Sunday 3rd September from 12 noon to 6pm.

Concelebrated Mass in the Parish Church on Sunday 3rd September at 3pm.
