Ingredients

2 teaspoons
Boiling water
Fresh black coffee
Brown sugar
Bowl of cream (pouring cream or lightly whipped cream)
Baileys Irish Cream

Method

Best made in a stemmed glass, preheat the glass by half filling with boiling water. Adding a teaspoon prevents the glass from cracking when the boiling water is added. Empty out the water, and half fill the glass with hot black coffee. Add two teaspoons of brown sugar, and stir well to dissolve. Add a measure of the Baileys Irish Cream, and then add more coffee, until it reaches to about one inch below the rim of the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the back of a teaspoon. The cream should float on top of the coffee. Thats it......easy and so delicious.
