Ingredients

14oz/350g broccoli florets
6 anchovy fillets
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 cooking onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small chilli pepper, or ¼ tsp. chilli powder
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
seasoning

Method

Put the olive oil into a saucepan with the onion, garlic, chilli and the anchovies. Cook until the onion is transparent. Add in water if it becomes too dry. Add in the broccoli and cook gently until tender. Season. Cook the pasta allowing 4oz per person. Drain, refresh and reheat the pasta, and add to the saucepan. Serve sprinkled with the parmesan cheese.
