Opened in September 1987 by Christy O'Connor Snr, The Cobh course is situated two miles east of Cobh town. The course was designed by respected architect Eddie Hackett. Features include the par 3 7th hole which has out of bounds all down the right-hand side and behind the green and the par 3 2nd hole which also has out of bounds only a matter of feet from the back of the green and all along the right-hand side.
