Lough Erne, Co. Fermanagh.

Bright with frequent heavy showers.

Leaves have now appeared on Hazel and younger Sycamores.

Lough Erne is on limestone, so I see flowers here that I don't get locally. Cuckoo Pint - Arum maculatum (left). (There's something that I don't recognise in the centre-left of this picture). On the right is a shot of the Wood Anemones that carpet parts of the woodland.

Wood Dog Violet - Viola reichenbachiana - is another lime-loving plant.

I've only got leaves of Marsh Marigold - Caltha palustris - locally, but at lower altitudes they're fully out.

Dandelion seed 'clocks' are starting to appear, and I spotted these Sarcoscypha austriaca fungi in the undergrowth.
