Original Hedgerow, leg 2.

 

Gaps in the prolonged showers.

Ivy is an odd plant. The flowering/fruiting season is so long that a single specimen can have flower buds, flowers and fruit on it simultaneously.

    

A very valuable source of nectar when all the other nectaring plants are over.

Tortula muralis on a wall. I wonder what it grew on before there were walls.

    

That second shot was manual focus.

 

And another moss on the same wall. The capsules look like some kind of bird. The water droplet just to the lower right of centre is a raindrop. So that's the last one for today.
