25th February

Next>

Stream on original Hedgerow, leg 1.

Dull but dry.

I'm almost fatally attracted to the stream where the liverworts and mosses grow, and I knew there was something else needing identification, so back I went...

The mystery object from 21st is Plagyomnium undulatum, a moss. Stem shown about 2.5 cm. long.

The wavy leaves that give it the specific epithet are clearly visible.
