Persistent heavy rain.

 

Another micromoth: Agriphila straminella. This feeds internally on grasses as a larva and is very numerous at the moment. About 12 mm long.

I had no idea this was as bright in the field. Yet another leaf-hopper nymph.

 

I'll be trying for the definitive image of Slender St. Johns Wort this year.
