Horse dung on the High Heath.

 

Bright but cold.

Dung piles are excellent places to find a succession of fungi.

This wonderful little specimen of Coprinus miser is about 4-5mm across the cap.

    

I had to look at this little fungus over and over again until 'Coprinus' shouted out at me. Obvious, really, once it's pointed out.
