My garden.

Dull, wet and windy.

More a test of the camera's ability to focus on a tiny object than anything else. The seedpod of Corn Spurrey - Spergula arvensis, showing the seeds lying inside the open pod, ready to drop. I really like the strange angular shapes that this plant makes. I'm not quite sure why it should be so, but maybe it offers a better chance of seed distribution.

Pod around 3-4 mm across.
