HYLS Officer For The Travelling Community • Provides support to young Travellers who may be opting out of available educational or training facilities.• Provides on-going one-to-one support for young Travellers. • Facilitates the transition of young Travellers from primary to post-primary level. • Facilitates groups in the formal and informal education setting. • Facilitates the involvement of young Travellers in existing formal and informal youth groups in County Sligo including homework clubs, youth groups, summer camps etc. • Identifies gaps in service provision and addresses where appropriate.
