I worked in the area of Alcohol & Drug Addiction in Cuan Mhuire, Bruree since 1985

I served on Lord Mayor's (Cork) Drug Prevention and Awareness Committee 1996-1997 and was awarded Civic Reception and presentation by Lord Mayor for "Services to Youth of Cork 1996."

Taught Remedial English / Literacy Enhancements / Self-esteem Skills in the Irish Education Post Primary Sector.

Individual and Group Counselling - wide variety of issues and now in Private Practice.

I have worked in the debriefing area (C.I.S.D.) with bank staff following traumatic bank raids.

I have worked with companies in the area of stress management.
