Sceilig View is a wheelchair accessible house and has a modern, digitally controlled oil heating and hot water system and also has separate water immersion heating. It has an open-plan living/dining area with a raised fireplace made from local slate. This area has generous glazing to maximise the panoramic views, with double doors to the patio, which also overlooks the sea. It has very comfortable furniture, a television and DVD player, dining table and chairs, modern lighting and many contemporary wall pictures.
The kitchen has integrated appliances and a breakfast counter. It is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer. A short hallway leads from the living area to a downstairs bedroom (double bed) and bathroom (bath with mixer tap).

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom (king size bed) is en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds.
