March 4th 2010 - As you can see from the date of the last update, I have done little or no work on the website for nearly 6 years. In the meantime, I'vedone a small bit of research work, which I must post. I've also received many emails, the vast majority of which I have not replied to, and cannot now do so as I've lost most due to several hard disk crashes. I promise to try harder from now on!
