YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DISPLAY  
 
WHAT SHOULD HAVE APPEARED ON THE PREVIOUS PAGE?  
 
 
INDICATE THE TYPE OF PROBLEM YOU HAVE?
The left ¾ screen is blank or only displays the SUPERSCAPE logo
The Globe shows bands of colours
The colour quality is bad
The display is dark
The response is slow
I cannot navigate around the Globe using the mouse

POSSIBLE CAUSES OF BLANK SCREEN
  1. The Viewer file is 374K in size. If your link speed is 56k or higher the Viewer should start in less than a minute so please wait. If your link is slower or the network is very busy it could take up to five minutes to start.
  2. Check that you have Netscape navigator or Internet Explorer version 4 or higher?

  3. After you downloaded the viscape plugin, did you then install it?

POSSIBLE CAUSES OF BAD COLOUR or DARK SCREEN
Check that your display is set to 65536 or more colours as follows.

  1. Click Start at bottom left of screen.
  2. Select Settings > Control Panel from the pop-up start menu.
  3. In the Control Panel window click on the icon marked Display.
  4. Click at the settings tab near top of Display Properties window.
  5. Look at the setting in the Colour palette
    box. It should be at least 65536 (i.e. 16 bit or more).
    If less select the highest possible value from the drop down box.

PROCEDURE TO MOVE AROUND THE GLOBE
You should be able to adjust your Altitude, Latitude and Longitude.
