| On Friday the 9th of June 2006, the Minister for Food and
Agriculture, Mary Coughlan came to Kilkenny NS to raise the Green Schools flag.

| We formed a guard of honor to greet the
Minister. |

An Taisce and Donegal County Council spoke about the Green Flag. |

| We sang songs, played our recorders and read
our Green Schools poems for the guests. |

| Fr. Paul, Miss Breslin and Mrs Boyle spoke
about the Green Flag. |

| The Minister presented each of us with a Green
Schools medal . |

| Orlaith gave flowers to the Minister. |
