Not just the caretakers,but
the students,
helpers, GREEN
SCHOOLS COMMITTEE,
& teachers
all help to make our school environmentally
friendly.They do
this by putting rubbish in the bin & keeping the saying
IT'S FUN!
IT'S HIP!
IT'S WAR ON
WASTE!
Every month Green Schools Commitee
meet up & discuss all the things that can help make our
school a better & more environmentally friendly one.All
the members & our great chairperson are all devoted to
keeping (& making) this world safe for people,animals,plants
& everything else living!
At the moment in our school
we have:
- compost bins
- a bird table
- lots of bird feeders
- a wormery
- recycling can bank

 Green
Schools is a European-wide project designed to encourage whole
schools to become involved in action for the environment.
Green
School is designed to make awareness of the environment a
part of the everyday lives of schools and pupils.
Green
Schools is a continuing programme - the award has to be renewed
every two years.
