Rules

1.     NO FISHING between pegs.

2.     NO LITTER to be left on pegs or site. Each fisherman is held responsible for litter on his/her peg or nearby, unless the management is notified of previous abuse.

3.      NO FISH to be taken.

4.     ANYONE caught stealing will be prosecuted.

5.     LAKELAND FISHERIES cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to fishing tackle. No tackle to be left unattended.

6.     ALL fishermen have to book into the lodge before commencing to fish.

7.     NO running around the pools.

8.     ONE ROD ONLY.

9.     NO floating baits.

10.  LAKELAND FISHERIES cannot be held responsible for any theft from or damage to any vehicle.

11.  NO pets allowed.
12.  RADIOS can only be used if left at a reasonable noise level as not to affect other fisherman.
13.  NO LUNCHEON MEAT OR SWEETCORN TINS to be left on the fishery.
14.  TOILETS to be used at all times.

15.  NO FIRES.

16.  ALL RULES & SIGNS must be observed at all times.
17.  ALL COMPLAINTS please refer to the Management or Bailiff on duty.
18.  TROUT PELLETS ARE BANNED any fisherman caught using them will be banned.

19.  ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult.

20.  LANDING NETS must be used and the fish handled with care, all fish must be returned straight back to the water.

21.  NO keepnets except on matches. (Micromesh Only).

22.  BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY.

23.  ALL NETS MUST BE DIPPED.

24.  NO beach casting methods allowed.

25.  NO rods to be left unattended.

26.  NO FEEDER OR BOMB FISHING (Float Fishing Only).

27.  NO BOILIES OF ANY DISCRIPTION ARE ALLOWED.

28.  ALL PELLETS MUST BE PURCHASED ON SITE.

29.  ALL varieties of paste can be used on the fishery. NO PASTE of any description to be loose fed into your swim.

30.  NO groundbait allowed.

31.  NO dispersing of litter, fishing line or cigarette ends.

32.  NO PICKING OF WILD FLOWERS.

 

These rules are to protect the fish, and to keep the fish and water quality at a level you would expect from a quality fishery.

ANY PERSON CAUGHT BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FISHERY IMMEDIATELY!
