It is designed to give time to areas of learning which would not normally be possible. School Educational Trips are an integral part of theTYP. It is intended to arrange one educational tour every term, with a final term tour of three days away. Parents are asked to encourage their children to participate in all these trips as they are seen as an important part of the overall development within TYP Course content; The course consists of ; A continuation of the academic / technological subjects from junior cert to senior cycle.An extra array of subjects covering areas not previously included and also linked with the main stream subject.
