BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

A Board of Management composed of 8 members is appointed by the Patron, Dr. Laurence Forristal, to manage the school. Two members of the Board are nominated by the Patron, two members are elected from the parents/guardians of pupils attending the school, one member is elected from the teaching staff and two members represent the community. The school Principal is always a member of the Board of Management and is responsible for the day to day management of the school.

The Board of Management has a 3 year term of office and operates in accordance with guidelines issued by the Department of Education and Service. Members of the current Board of Management, which was appointed in November 2001 and serves until October 2003, are: -
