Integrated Learning Systems

The National Centre for Technology in Education (NCTE), the body set up by the Department of Education and Science to administer the budget for Information Technology set up the Schools Integration Project (SIP) to try to determine the best practice in utilising Informationa and Communication Technologies in education. Schools were invited to submit proposals for projects under this scheme.
