How We Work
Francis has collected for his project from donors in the US and Ireland. The funds are given by Francis directly to the care taker or parent of the children.

Francis also has friends who check on the children to make sure their needs are met - a woman, a religious brother, a priest and a layman. He himself keeps in touch with every one of them through letter.

Francis follows progress continuously and regularly visits the village.

Francis' own involvement is voluntary so all donations go directly for the benefit of the project.

Indication that the funds are used on the children comes directly from the children. Francis encourages them to give feedback on every cent spent on them including pocket money for school. He asks for receipts every Semester and they are sent without delay.

Francis has an open-door policy of encouraging the children to write directly if they have any question concerning anything. In addition he pays a surprise visit to Ghana whenever possible. During his visits he makes time to meet with every child individually including their caretaker and parents.

Receipts and records are available upon request. Donors will know that their money is spent correctly by the number of children that are getting quality education and entering Institutions of Higher learning in the country.

There is no office staff to be paid. Every cent is spent directly on the children and those with special medical needs.
