We are a small group of Christians living in Drogheda, a town in Ireland about 30 miles north of Dublin. The Lord has led us outside the various structures and denominations to gather in simplicity and truth in His Name. We have not taken a name upon ourselves as this brings with it denominational status and restricts the Lord’s work among us but instead we prefer to stand on the ground of the Church in the town where we live as this was the pattern laid down by the Apostle Paul in the book of Acts.

We were ourselves entangled in all these man made ministries and structures for the greater part of our Christian lives until the Lord shone His light upon us and showed us His mercy so we are not just imitating the written words of scripture but on the contrary, the Lord has shown us the truth of these things. Our conviction now is that He is calling His people to come to Him outside the camp and to return to the simplicity and power of the early Church and to stand in the only place in Him where the unity of His people can and will be achieved. We believe that this is what is upon the Lord’s heart at this time and that this is what He is doing around the globe.

We do not see ourselves as a church complete in itself but only a part of the Heavenly City (Church) which He is building in our town and we encourage believers everywhere to take up this ground which is the foundation of Jesus Christ Himself. It is very important for us to make it clear that we are not asking people to join with us as a fellowship but rather to stand by faith upon the only ground of the Church which exists in the Gospel and in reality.
