2-11 3-7
Our third team got
back to winning ways with a hard fought one point victory over Loughnavalley on
Saturday night last. Despite dominating for long periods of the first half we
went in at the break two points down 0-4 to 1-3. On the resumption of play
Loughnavalley extended their lead to four points before we started to play as a
unit. Going into the last few minutes we held a four point lead which
Loughnavalley cut to the minimum with a goal but we held out for the win.

The Downs Kilbeggan
7-5
1-2
Our under 14’s gained their second win in a row,
with a great team performance against a spirited Kilbeggan side. The key factor
was our ability to move the ball at speed when attacking and a greater accuracy
in front of goal.

Crowley, Mark Dalton, Philip Smith, Michael Ward, William Newman, Camine
Keegan, Oliver Merlehan, Stephen Devine, Darren Price, Darren Duncan, Darren

too long before he will be back tormenting the full-backs.
We also wish Sean O’Leary a speedy recovery from his
injury.
