We specialise in "High Speed" and "Hard Metal Machining"
and are able to machine steel in its hardened state at 55+ HRc. We have
several Deckel Maho CNC machines capable of simultaneous 5 Axis, 5 face
machining that are able to produce complex parts in one setup. Our Gildemeister
CNC lathe has C axis capabilities and driven turret tools for production
of "mill-turn" type components. We have numerous other machines
right down to a manual milling machine and lathe for simple components.
We can produce batch sizes from one to several thousand.
