PRICE LIST 2014/2015
Coiscéim Student Village opens its doors on Sunday 7th September 2014. It will remain open until Saturday 23rd May 2014. The payments below are calculated using these dates.
There are three types of room available in Coiscéim Student Village. These are: A) Single Room, B) Twin Room and C) Deluxe Room. The houses contain up to 5 bedrooms in each. If you have a group of friends with whom you wish to share a house, please contact us with your details and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The first €200.00 of the booking deposit above covers possible damage to the house and is fully refundable once the house is found to be in the same order as it was when first occupied. The remaining €150.00 is an ESB deposit which is also fully refundable when all ESB charges have been paid in full.
There is a further charge of €280.00 to be paid along with the first rent installment in August. This is a one off charge which will cover refuse charges, TV Licence fees, Multichannel & Broadband charges etc. for the year.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque, Banker's Draft or Postal order payable to: Coiscéim Student Village Management Company.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made on or before Friday 22nd August 2014, will have all monies repaid except the booking deposit. There will be no refund after this date.
Accepted Students:
Accepted students will be sent a lease agreement with confirmation of their house and room number etc. The lease must be signed by the student and a Guarantor and returned with the first installment of rent on or before Friday 22nd August.
General Information:
Each house is fully furnished and each kitchen equipped. Student's provide their own bed linen, duvet, pillow etc. There is a TV in the living room and TV connections in each bedroom. There is also a Broadband Internet Connection in every bedroom.
IMPORTANT
Rooms are available only to students of Tralee Institute of Technology.
This is a fixed term letting agreement so all rent must be paid until the end of each college year.
Refunds will only be given out at the end of the year when it is clear that the contract has been honoured.
All refunds will be posted to the tenant's home address after departure.
