Regeneration of the beach and dunes.

Over the last number of years there has been a noticable improvement in sand levels on the beach. Embryo dunes have regenerated above the high tide line forming a protective barrier along the front of the dune line.




How can you help the beach and dunes.

By

• not walking on the dunes,
• not breaking down dunes by jumping on them
• not setting fire to grasses on the beach
• moving seaweed to the base of the dunes where it will collect sand to make new dunes !
