• Uniform (to be worn traveling) - Navy Tracksuit Bottoms, Guide Polo Shirt, Guide Sweatshirt & Neckerchief
• Change of clothes per day
• Warm, comfortable and old clothes are preferable
• NO DENIMS
• Two pairs of old trainers, Hiking Boots
• Swim Wear
• Towels
• Toiletries
• Rain Gear - Jacket & Rain Leggings
• Sleeping Bag
• Any Medication if needed - to be handed to the Leader on departure
