Internal policies, guidelines & relevant legislation

Note:  The Cheshire Foundation recognises that the list shown below does not fully meet the requirements of Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act.  As soon as resources from statutory sources permit, the list will be expanded and developed into the manual specified in Section 16.

As provided for in Section 16.3, the Foundation shall ensure that no person is disadvantaged in any way through the non-availability of the complete Section 16 manual.
