Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you have to cancel your holiday we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:

Over 42 days Loss of deposit
22-42 Days 60% of total rental
8-21 days 75% of total rental
less than 8 days 100%

This will not be applied if the property can be re-rented for the rental period in the available time.
