We all need sleep. It is while we are asleep, that our bodies and minds can carry out most of the essential repairs and maintenance. As we grow older we seem to need less sleep. Some people have great difficulty in getting to sleep. Their brains keep running and their thoughts / fears/ worries keep them awake for half of the night. Many times the thoughts just keep going round and around in circles. The body can stand this once in a while, but if this is happening tom you on a regular basis you need to deal with the matter now. If you body and mind are unable to carry out the necessary repairs, then each night more damaged cells are left un-repaired. How long do you think it will be before your health suffers? What does Rossbeigh Therapies offer you? Rossbeigh Therapies offer clients a professional service, to international standards, which is totally confidential. Using advanced techniques our therapists can analyse what exactly is causing the difficulty in getting to sleep or what it is that keeps waking you inappropriately. We can then offer specific therapies to relieve these stressors. This is done very simply and painlessly. All that is involved is some muscle testing. Once the stressor has been identified, stress release techniques are applied to deal with it. It may be necessary to attend the clinic again, at a later date, to provide additional stress release and other support for the client. We all have Stress but it is when this stress becomes noticeable through poor sleep patterns that we treat it seriously. Our professionally qualified therapists are trained to National and International standards and are experienced in delivering stress relief therapies in a calm and reassuring manner. We use a variety of non-drug treatments to relieve your stress and improve your quality of life. We expect you to be relaxed and on your way to restored health in a holistic manner as you leave our therapy rooms. |
