St. Evin's School are Cumann na mBunscol  Under-11 County Champions in Girls' Football in Division 3.

 They gave a wonderful team performance in achieving their first ever victory at this level.

St. Evin's defeated five teams to reach the Final which proved to be a memorable occasion for all concerned. They were cheered all the way to victory by a huge crowd of supporters consisting of teachers, parents, family and school friends. 

Following the victory the team drove through Monasterevin in triumph and returned to the school for welcome refreshments. They received a resounding reception from the various classes in the school which left them feeling justifiably proud of their achievements.

 

St. Evin's School are Cumann na mBunscol Senior County Champions in Girls'  Football  in Division 2.

 

Following a thrilling Final on May 30th. 2001 at the County Pitch in Newbridge, Scoil Eimhín Naofa claimed the Cup for their second Football Championship Title of this school year.

The arrival home of the team, along with a host of supporters, left the people of Monasterevin in no doubt of their victory as horns hooted, flags waved, the cup was raised and supporters cheered around the town. This was followed by a reception in the school to honour the players.

As a result of this achievement two players, Sharon and Sarah, have been invited to trials for a chance to play in Croake Park at half time during a championship match on  Sunday, June 24th. when Kildare play Meath.
