A great night was had by all the young people in Monasterevin on Sunday, November 19th. 2000 in the Hazel Hotel. The disco was held in celebration of Saint Evin's girls who are the U-11 Champions in the Cumann na mBunscol League.

 Two Lily Whites, Glen Ryan and Christy Byrne presented the team with County Medals while the talents of each individual player were announced. The girls were also presented with  framed photographs and the coaches received gifts as a token of appreciation. Over 30 spotprizes were sponsored by local business people and everyone danced the night away to music by local D.J. Ger. 

Thursday, June 7th. 2001 marked another Victory Celebration for the Saint Evin's Girls' Football Team when a disco was held in honour of their wonderful achievement in winning the Senior Primary School Title in Division 2.  

The disco took place in the Hazel Hotel and D.J. Stuart Mullarkey, father of a team player provided excellent music. 

Christy Byrne along with Anthony Rainbow and Tadhgh Fennin of the Kildare team once again presented the champions with their County Championship medals and framed photographs of the team sponsored by the Melia Family. Team Coach Sr. Phil and her assistant Gerry were also honoured.
