Samco Engineering designed and fabricated an automatic wall mounted sink unit; complete with disinfectant and soap dispensor units which are automatically controlled by a fitted motion sensor. These units are used on the factory floor of Horgan’s delicatessen

This project involved the design, fabrication and installation of an automatic tray elevator with a capacity of 40 ton per day usage. |

This project involved the design and fabrication of an “online” boning conveyor system with automatic tray feed conveyor at Galtee Foods in Mitchelstown.

Inclined Converyor System
Samco Engineering designed, fabricated and installed an inclined tray lift conveyor with a 50 ton per day capacity.

pneumatic meatpacking machine
Samco Engineering designed and fabricated a pneumatic meatpacking machine. This machine had the design purpose of filling the meat in to plastic liners through the use of a pneumatic ram.
