Ballybunion is consistently rated by top professional golfers and golf journalists as being amongst the best ten courses in the world. A championship links course of great quality with each hole having its own distinctive feature. The legendary Tom Watson has described it as "the best in the world". High praise indeed for this magnificent test of gold, which meanders menacingly through massive dunes on the shores of the Atlantic.
