Spring Day 2004 was a great success last year.
The activities which centered around Spring Day lasted
for a whole week and schools (Primary and Secondary) right across
Ireland,
and Europe,
got involved.
Last year saw Europe grow from a Union of 15 countries to a Union of 25 countries. Spring Day 2004 was based on this "Enlargement" of the European Union.
Students and teachers had the chance to collaborate on many European activities and many chose to do so by involving themselves with schools from all across Europe.
